摘　　要：目的观察组织胺人免疫球蛋白治疗人工荨麻疹疗效。方法75例人工荨麻疹患者随机分为对照组与治疗组。治疗组给予组织胺人免疫球蛋白治疗,对照组给予咪唑斯汀治疗,然后对他们的疗效作卡方检验。结果组织胺人免疫球蛋白治疗复发率明显低于咪唑斯汀。结论组织胺人免疫球蛋白长期疗效优于咪唑斯汀。Objective To observe the effect of Human Histaglobulin on dermatographism. Methods 75 patients clinically diagnosed as dermatographism were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group received Mizolastine treatment, and hypodermic injection of Human Histaglobulin was added to treatment group. The efficacy of treatment and prognosis in the two group s were then observed. Resuits The racurrence rate for patients in treatment group was lower than that in control group. Conclusion dermatographism had better effect in in patients with dermatographism than Mizolastine.
