摘  要:对用高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网加固的钢筋混凝土梁进行了正截面受弯静力和等幅疲劳试验研究。通过对加固形式为U形三面加固的8根钢筋混凝土加固梁和2根未加固梁的静载和疲劳试验,研究了这种加固技术对钢筋混凝土梁受弯疲劳性能的影响和作用。试验中对比了加固与未加固构件的裂缝开展、跨中挠度等情况,分析了在疲劳荷载作用下钢筋混凝土加固梁的承载力、疲劳性能和破坏形态等。试验结果表明,加固后试件的疲劳变形有所减小,试件的疲劳抗裂性能也得到较大提高。试验证实,加固施工只要满足简单的操作规程就不会发生剥离破坏。根据试验分析,得到了加固试件在疲劳荷载作用下变形模量、疲劳刚度计算和正截面疲劳强度验算试验回归公式,为这种加固方法的设计提供一定的参考。In this paper, the bending response of RC beams strengthened with high-performance ferrocement considering static and fatigue load were investigated. The test subject included eight RC beams strengthened with ferrocement and two control specimens without being strengthened. The strengthening results of reinforced beam with three sides (U-shape highperformance ferrocement put onto the tension face and two profile faces)had been analyzed. Performances of the beams were compared and assessed with particular emphasis on cracking behavior, mid-span deflection, and the modes of failure and etc. The results show that ferrocement obviously enhances the crack-resisting capacity, and improves the bending stiffness of beam. According to the conclusion of the experiments, debonding failure will not occur when reinforcement is operated according to the rules. Based on above analyses, the calculation formulation of deformation modulus, fatigue stiffness, as well as fatigue strength empirical equation of strengthened beams under fatigue loading has been derived. The results can be used as reference for designing beams strengthened with high-performance ferrocement.
