摘  要:目的 探讨超声介入操作技术的训练方法,掌握超声介入基本操作技术。方法 分别用水、萝卜、冬瓜、肉类、凉粉及豆腐等材料进行超声介入操作练习;并尝试制作囊肿、脓肿、血管及胆管模型,进一步进行超声引导下穿刺活检、囊肿硬化及胆管置管等介入操作;通过与临床操作对比评价训练效果。结果 与水、萝卜及肉类材料相比,凉粉、豆腐为最佳的超声介入模型制作材料。利用该材料能制作有效的穿刺活检、囊肿、脓肿、血管及胆管模型,并且具备取材方便,价值低廉等优点。结论 凉粉、豆腐是最佳的超声介入模型制作材料,能满足穿刺活检、囊肿硬化、胆管置管超声介入操作技术的训练要求,尤其适用于徒手穿刺技术,是超声介入初学者的有效训练方法。Objective To investigate the training methods of interventional ultrasound technology to master the basic interventional ultrasound skills. Methods Water, turnip, vegetable marrow, meat, liangfen and bean curd were used respectively to make models of cyst, abscess, vessel and bile duct for the training of interventional ultrasound skills. Compared with the real clinical operations, these models were evaluated in ultrasound-guided biopsy,treatment of cyst and percute transheoatic bile drainage. Results Compared with water,turnip and meat,liangfen and bean curd were better materials for making effective models of biopsy, cyst, abscess,vessel and bile duct. In addition, they were more convenient to acquire and cheaper. Conclusions Liangfen and bean curd are the best materials for making effective interventional ultrasound models. These models can totally reach the training requirement for biopsy, treatment of cyst and percute transheoatic bile drainage. They are effective and efficient training methods for the beginners.
