摘　　要：对国外建设工程质量风险管理的运行模式进行了研究,分析了我国目前工程质量管理模式存在的问题,借鉴法国工程质量风险管理的经验,研究了引入保险机制的建设工程质量风险管理运行模式,以供我国政府决策部门和工程质量风险管理试点城市参考,该模式将促进建筑工程质量的提高,能很好地解决我国工程质量风险管理中现存的一些难题。This paper studies construction engineering quality risk management mode in France, analyzes the existing problems of the current project quality management model in China, From the French engineering quality risk management experience, this paper studies construction project quality risk management mode under insurance mechanisms. It supplies engineering quality risk management reference model to the government departments and risk management pilot cities in China. The model will contribute to improving the quality of construction engineering, and can be used to solve some existing problems of quality risk management in China.
