摘　　要：直接费索赔是建筑承包商进行费用索赔的重点、难点,在直接费索赔计算工作中做到准确、有理、有据,能够更好地维护承包商和业主双方的合法经济利益。就建筑承包商直接费索赔的计算展开研究,提出了改进后的实际费用法,进一步分析了直接费的计算基础和计算过程,结合相应案例进行了佐证。Direct cost claim is the emphasis of the construction contractors＇ cost claim, Calculating the direct cost correctly and reasonably will help protect the legal economical interests of both the construction contractors and employers, An improved Actual Cost Method is suggested in this paper which is based on the study of the construction contractors＇ calculation method of direct cost claim. Also the calculation basis and process of direct cost is analyzed with some relevant cases as example.
