摘　　要：针对我国农村饮水项目中突出存在的融资与管理问题,探讨了近年在基础设施建设中流行起来的PPP模式在农村饮水安全工程中的应用,提出了PPP在农村饮水安全工程中的可行模式。找到引入民间资本、发挥民间资本在农村饮水安全领域作用的途径。Acoording to existing financing and management problems of rural drinking water project in China, the paper discussed PPP application in rural drinking water safety project as a popular mode of infrastructure construction on recent years, and put forward feasible mode of PPP in these projects. It helps find an effective way of non-government capital entrance for playing a role in rural drinking water safety field.
