摘　　要：首先分析了工程项目集成化管理的国内外研究现状,在此基础上,提出了工程项目集成化管理的概念;然后以项目管理理论和集成管理理论为指导,构建了工程项目集成化管理模型;最后对该模型的内涵进行了阐释,认为其主要包括全过程的集成管理、多要素的集成管理、多参与方的集成管理、多方满意的项目目标和集成化的管理信息系统等五个方面。The paper firstly analyzes the research status of construction project integrated management at home and abroad, on this basis, puts forward the conception of construction project integrated management, Then it is to be built up the model of the construction project integrated management, which is guide to project management theory and integrated management theory, Finally, the paper explains this model＇s connotation, including five aspects： the total processes integrated management, the multi-factors integrated management, the multi-participants integrated management, the project objectives satisfied for muhi-participants and the integrated management information system in construction project.
