摘 要:目的:为探索适合我国国情的污泥处理与利用的新途径。方法:将原污泥晾晒干化使其含水率达50%~60%,装入发酵罐,采用发酵前后污泥样品,同步进行微生物培养计数和用色谱法对有机物定量分析。结果:微生物对毒性有机物的降解有明显效果。特别对邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、二乙酯、1,2,3—三氯苯、六氯苯、邻二甲苯等降解效果更显著。同时,微生物类群的数量变化与发酵过程中毒性有机物的含量呈正相关关系。毒性有机物的降解是微生物综合作用的结果。结论:污水处理厂的原污泥不经厌氧消化直接进行发酵处理降解有机物是可行的。Fermentation treatment of raw sludge is used to search a new way suited to our country. Raw sludge was dewatered to 50%~60% of water content by drytng in the air, and then treated in fermentation pot. Sludge samples were collected be fore and after fermentation treatment. Microbe culture with numbering and quantitative analysis of tokic organic compounds with chromatographic analysis were done synchronically. The results show that the effect of thecrohial degradation of toxic organic compounds is obvious and especially remarkable on phthalic dirnethyl ester, phthalic dimethyl ester, 1, 2,3-trichlorobenzene, hexachlorobenzene, o-xylene and so on. Meanwhile,the relationship hetween the amount of thecrobe and the content of toxic organic compounds is positive.
