摘  要:用熔铸法制备了VC颗粒增强CuCrZr基复合材料,并探讨了热处理工艺对材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,以微量Cr和Zr强化的铜基体,经过适当的时效处理,可同时发挥弥散强化和复合强化两种机制的增强作用,显著提高铜基复合材料的力学性能。The CuCrZr matrix composite reinforced by VC ceramic particle was fabricated by melting-casting, and the influences of the heat treatment parameters on microstructure and properties of the material were discussed. The results show that the copper matrix strengthened by paucity element of Cr and Zr after appropriate aging treatment process can obviously improve the mechanical property and gives play to the synchronal enhancement of dispersion strengthening and compound strengthening.
