摘　　要：介绍了Nb2O5硼砂盐浴渗铌的基本原理和工艺方法以及渗层的结构和性能,得到的碳化铌渗层具有高硬度、高耐磨性、抗咬合、耐腐蚀等优点,因此可在拉伸模、挤压模、冷锻模等冷作模具上广泛应用,可大幅度地提高模具寿命。The basic principle, technological method of permeating Nb of borax salt-bathing of Nb2O5 and the structure and property of permeating layer were introduced. The NbC permeating layer has high hardness, high wear resistance, anti-biting and decay-resistance, etc. Therefore, it has widely been applied in a lot of fields such as draw-extension mold, crushed mold. Also, it can largely improve the worklife of mold.
