减水剂对粘土可塑成型坯料的减水效果研究

摘　　要：研究了碳酸钠、硅酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠及复合减水剂对粘土可塑成型坯料的减水效果的影响。结果表明:减水剂的添加降低了粘土坯料的塑限含水率,碳酸钠与焦磷酸钠复合的减水剂减水效果最好,单一减水剂中碳酸钠的减水效果最佳,利用测试泥坯塑限含水率的方法检验减水效果可以取得良好的对比效果。The article introduces some water reducers, such as, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, calgon, sodium pyrophosphate and compound water, etc. meanwhile, analyzes their effect on the water content of green body. The result shows that the water reducer can reduce the water content, of which, the compound water reducer of sodium carbonate and sodium pyrophosphate, and the simplex water reducer of sodium carbonate are most efficient.
