摘 要:选择含量为35%左右的茄尼醇粗品为原料,采用萃取和结晶法提取茄尼醇,探讨萃取和结晶剂的用量、温度对萃取和结晶过程的影响。采用最小方差法关联实验数据、牛顿法迭代,实验及关联结果:在萃取和结晶中,将5.5g茄尼醇溶于18ml乙酸乙酯中,加40ml乙腈,控制温度为66℃,可获得纯度较高的产品,如茄尼醇的纯度为62%,则收率超过65%。Solanesol was refined from raw material( purity of solanesol 35% ) by extraction and crystallization. The quantity of solvent and extraction temperature effected on extraction and crystallization was investigated. The experimental data was correlated by using minimum square method and iterated by Newton-Lapuson method. Results of experiment and correlation have showed that 18 ml ethyl acetone and 40 ml acetonitrile were inputed in 5.5 gram crude product of Solanesol, the temperature of extraction was controlled at 66℃, more than 62% purity of Solanesol and more than 65% extraction ratio can be achieved.
