摘　　要：以职业岗位能力为培养目标,完成精馏操作实训软件的教学设计;找到精馏操作中所涉及的气液平衡、传质、传热、流动等过程的快速算法;设计知识学习和操作训练两界面及菜单、学习控制、操作控制、实时实训等模块的程序;解决好超链接、3D素材、声音、视频及媒体控制接口MCI等多媒体技术应用;处理好操作实训过程中设定问题、操作提示、操作评价等教学问题。The essay introduces, with the post-competency oriented training objective, the teaching design methods of distillation experiment practical software; explains the fast algorithm of the process, such as gas -liquid equilibrium, mass transfer, heat transfer, flow, etc. which are involved in the distillation experiment; elaborates the two interfaces of knowledge learning and operational practice, and the programming approach of the relevant modules （menu, learning control, operation control and timely practice, etc. ） ; describes the basic treatment methods of multimedia technology, especially in respects of hyperlink, 3D, audio, video and media control interface; works out the solution for question setting, operation hint and performance evaluation in the software operation process during academic training.
