竞争情报活动中的知识流与知识场分析

摘　　要：首先，本文探索竞争情报活动中的知识流、知识场的内涵、特点与两者间的相互作用，提出构成知识场的向量空间模型；其次，分析竞争情报活动中知识流和知识场研究的目的与意义，导出基于主体、面向过程、重视隐性知识挖掘的竞争情报研究的新思路；再次，研究竞争情报活动中知识场的特征及对知识流的影响，分析基于知识场的知识交流的机理，构建基于知识场的竞争情报流程与知识流整合的模型；最后，分析竞争情报活动中知识流有效控制和知识场效应的影响因素。First, this article explores meaning and characteristic of, and interaction between the knowledge flow and the knowledge field in CI activity. Puts forward the vector space model of knowledge field, next, studies the goal and the significance of the knowledge flow and the knowledge field in CI activity, derives the new research thinking of CI based on the main body, facing the process, mining tacit knowledge, once more, studies the characteristic of the knowledge field and the influence on knowledge flow, analyses the mechanism of knowledge exchange based on the knowledge field, constructs the integrated model of CI process and the knowledge flows based on the knowledge field, finally, analyses the influence factors of the knowledge flow effectively and the knowledge field effect in CI activity.
