脉络宁注射液对缺血性中风急性期患者炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察缺血性中风急性期患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子(sICAM-1)、P-选择素及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平在不同中医证型中的变化及脉络宁注射液对炎症因子的影响。方法将60例辨证分型为中风痰瘀阻型、痰热腑实型、风痰火亢型的缺血性中风患者随机分为脉络宁治疗组及常规治疗组,测定sICAM-1及P-选择素的表达水平。结果患者血清炎症因子均高水平表达,治疗后两组炎症指标CRP、P-选择素、sICAM差异有显著性。结论血清炎症因子水平的增高与缺血性中风的发生、发展密切相关;脉络宁注射液可通过抑制炎症反应,在缺血性中风急性期的治疗中取得较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the change of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 （sICAM - 1 ）, P - seleetin and CRP level during acute cerebral ischemic stroke （CIS） in different syndrome - classification of TCM, and evaluate the effect of Mailuoning Injection. Methods： Divide 60 patients conformed to western and traditonall medical criterion diagnostic code of CIS into Mailuoning group and control group. There were 3 syndrome - classification, syndrome of wind - phlegm congestion, syndrome of phlegm opyrexia and Fu, syndrome of wind phlegm and fire hyperactivity. The plasma sICAM - 1 and P - selectin expression level were evaluated with ELLSA. Result： The expression of inflammation factors in the 2 groups patients before treatment were high. And all of them fell significantly after treatment. Blood levels of sICAM - 1 and CRP expression in Mailuoning group fell significantly compared to those in control group. Conclusion： The increase of inflammation factors have close relationship to the occurrence and development of CIS. Mailuoning Injection can control inflammation and has a satisfied clinical curative effect to the acute CIS.
