宁络护膜养胃合剂对大鼠无水乙醇所致急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的采用无水乙醇建立大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤动物模型,研究宁络护膜养胃合剂对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法以SD大鼠为实验动物,随机分为阴性对照组、中药阳性对照组、西药阳性对照组及宁络护膜养胃合剂低、高剂量组;各给药组分别灌胃给予三九胃秦、奥美拉唑、宁络护膜养胃合剂,再用无水乙醇诱导大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤,观察各组胃黏膜损伤情况。结果宁络护膜养胃合剂高剂量(30g生药/kg)能降低大鼠无水乙醇胃黏膜损伤的损伤分数。结论宁络护膜养胃合剂对大鼠无水乙醇所致的急性胃黏膜损伤有保护作用。Objective： To research the protective effect of Ningluohurnoyangwei Mixture on rat with acute gastric mueosal injury. Methods： SD rats were randomly divided into negative control group, Chinese medicine positive control group, western medicine positive control group, Ningluohumoyangwei Mixture of low and high dose group, these groups were respectively given NS, Sanjiuweitai, Omeprazole, Ningluohumoyangwei Mixture. Then used ethanol - induced rat acute gastric mucosal injury and observed the impact on gastric mucosal injury. Results： Ningluohumoyangwei Mixture of high dose group（30g herbal pieces/kg） can reduce gastric injury, score. Conclusion： Ningluohumoyangwei Mixture can protect rats with acute ethanol - induced gastric mucosal injury.
