摘  要:用羰基镍粉为原料,制备微细球形镍粉(包括细化和粗化过程),研究了载气量和加料量对产品镍粉形貌和粒度的影响。结果表明,等离子体处理后产品仍为纯金属镍粉,形状由不规则变为球形,颗粒平均粒径由原料的3~5μm减小至100 nm左右,振实密度由2.44 g/cm3提高到3.72 g/cm3。高频等离子体法是制备电极用高振实密度微细球形粉体的有效技术。Spherical microfine nickel powders were prepared using carbonyl nickel powders as raw material in a RF plasma. The average size was much reduced after processed in the plasma, but some particles grew into even bigger spheres. The effect of carder gas, flowing rate and powder feeding rate on the shape and size of the product was studied. Results show that pure nickel powders could be obtained and the tap density is much enhanced after process in RF plasma. The average size is reduced from 3-5μm to 100 nm and the tap density is raised from 2.44 g/cm^3 to 3.72 g/cm^3. So RF plasma is a promising method for preparation of spherical submicron nickel powders with high tap density.
