摘  要:采用固相反应法制备了TiCN掺杂的(Ba0.85Sr0.11Pb0.04)TiO3 PTC热敏陶瓷。研究了TiCN加入量对其显微结构和PTC性能的影响。结果表明:添加x(TiCN)为0.006时,可使晶粒结构均匀,PTC性能得到改善。所获样品的体积电阻率ρv为31.2Ω.cm,电阻温度系数αR为21%℃–1,升阻比lg(Rmax/Rmin)为5.7,居里温度tC为97℃,耐电压强度Vb为280 V.mm–1。TiCN-doped (Ba0.85Sr0.11Pb0.04) TiO3 PTC thermistor ceramic was prepared by solid state reaction method. The effects of TiCN-doped amount on its microstructure and PTC properties were researched. The results show that the grain construction is homageneous and PTC properties are improved when TiCN-doped amount is 0.006. Bulk resistivity Pv is 31.2Ω·cm, temperature coefficient αR is 21%℃^-1, jump range 1g(Rmax/Rmin) is 5.7, the Curie temperature tc is 97℃ and breakdown voltage Vb is 280 V·mm^-1.
