基于临床指标和病人主观体验指标的前列腺增生症6种治疗方法的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:从临床指标和病人主观体验指标两个角度评价前列腺增生症(BPH)6种治疗方法的疗效,以期为治疗方法的选择提供科学依据。方法:研究对象来自医院住院病例,临床指标采用最大尿流率、平均尿流率、尿流时间/排尿时间、达峰时间;病人主观体验指标采用SF-36。结果:经组间Dunnett s检验,与基线值相比,开放手术组的最大尿流率、平均尿流率、达峰时间,联合用药组和经尿道电切/电汽化组的最大尿流率、平均尿流率治疗前后具有显著性差异;开放手术组和经尿道电切/电汽化组的SF-36总分治疗前后具有显著性差异。结论:开放手术是其中最佳的治疗方法,其次是经尿道电切/电汽化。Objective To evaluate different therapies for benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） with clinical physiology and patients＇ subjective experiences indexes to provide the scientific basis for therapy choice. Methods The inpatients were studied. The clinical physiology indexes included maximum urine flow rate, averaged urine flow rate,time for urine flow / time for total urination, and peak time. The patients＇ subjective experience indexes were rated by SF-36. Results By the Dunnett＇s test with repeated measurement of data, there was a significance of the maximum urine flow rate,average urine flow rate and peak time for open prostatectomy;the maximum urine flow rate and average urine flow rate between TURP and combined drug group, the SF-36 total marks differed greatly among patients undergoing open prostatectomy and TURP. Conclusion Combining clinical physiology and patients＇ subjective experiences indexes,open prostatectomy is the best treatment programs and the TURP is the second.
