摘　　要：目的探讨^(188)Re-MAA 最佳制备方法及其在健康小鼠体内的生物学分布。方法以SnCl_2·2H_2O 为还原剂,还原^(188)ReO_4^-,并与 MAA 直接反应获得高标记率^(188)Re-MAA。正常小鼠尾静脉注射^(188)Re-MAA 后不同时间处死,测定每克组织百分注射剂量率(%ID/g)。结果 SnCl_2·2H_2O质量浓度为1.5～2.0 mg/ml、pH 值为3.0～6.0、反应时间30 min 和反应温度100℃时,^(188)Re-MAA 的标记率和放化纯均>95%;静脉注射后^(188)Re-MAA 迅速在两肺内聚集,24 h 内放射性均主要聚集在肺组织,肝、脾内只有少量浓聚,骨骼内放射性处于本底水平。^(188)Re-MAA 主要经。肾脏排出。结论 ^(188)Re-MAA 易于制备,有可能成为肺肿瘤内照射治疗药物。Objective 188^Re is a radionuclide in which there is widespread interest for therapeutic purposes because of its favourable physical characteristics. The aim of this study was to investigate the radiolabeling and biodistribution of 188^Re-labeled human macroaggregated albumin （188^Re-MAA） as an internal radiotherapeutic agent for whole-lung irradiation in mice. Methods 188^Re-MAA was prepared with the reducing agent of SnCl2·2H2O, the different labeling conditions were explored. 188^Re-MAA was injected through tail vein of normal mice, those mice were killed and their major organs were taken out at different time after injection, then the radioactivity count of the organs were measured to investigate the biodistribution. Results Under the conditions of SnCl2·2H2O mass concentration 1.5 - 2.0 mg/ml, pH value 3.0 - 6.0, reaction time 30 min and reaction temperature 100℃ , the labeling efficiency of 188^Re-MAA was more than 95%. Most of the radioactivity was observed initially in the lung and was major distributed in the lung in the first 24 h postinjection. The radioactivity of bone was on the basal level, 188^Re-MAA was excreted primarily via kidney to urine. Conclusion 188^Re-MAA is a promising radiopharmaceutical agent for internal irradiation against whole lung.
