HLA-B27阴性强直性脊柱炎一家系心脏损害的心电图特征

摘　　要：目的观察HLA-B27阴性家族性强直性脊柱炎心脏损害的心电图特征。方法对所有家系成员均采集完整病史、临床检查、常规12导联心电图。结果家系成员中发生心房颤动6例,占总心律失常人数的46%,窦性心动过缓2例,高度房室阻滞1例,病窦综合征1例,完全性右束支阻滞2例,室内差异性传导1例(排除强直性脊柱炎),所有传导系统异常的心律失常占AS患者总心律失常人数的36%。结论家族性强直性脊柱炎心脏损害发生心律失常以心房颤动为主,累及房室传导系统的心律失常次之。Objective To observe the ECG characteristic of cardiac damage in an ankylosing spondylitisis （As） family with the negative HLA-B27. Methods To collect the integrate case history,clinical examination and routine 12-lead electrocardiogram of all the family members. Results There were 6 cases of atrial fibrillation （46% of and all arrhythmia patients） and 2 cases of sinus bradycardia, 1 case of high atrioventricular block, 1 case of sick sinus syndrome,2 cases of righrt bundle branch block, 1 case of aberrant intrventricular conduction. All of conductive SYsytem disorders is 36% of total arrhythmia in the AS patients. Conclusions Atrial fibrillation is the main arrhythmia in the AS family, and the disorders of atrioventricular conductive system was the secondary.
