伊布利特对犬心房颤动诱发率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察伊布利特对犬心房颤动诱发率的影响。方法18只成年健康雄性杂种犬,麻醉后气管插管,开胸并缝合电极,伊布利特按0.10mg/kg静脉推注给药(10min缓推,给药30min后按照0.01mg/min静脉滴注维持),观察给药前后心脏不同部位房颤诱发率的变化。结果伊布利特使心肌各部位的房颤诱发率均减少(p<0.05)。结论伊布利特可作为预防或控制房颤发生的药物。Objective To observe the effects of ibutilide on canine cardiac inducibility of atrial fibrillation. Methods 18 mongrel dogs were anesthetized and intubated with a tracheal tube. The heart was exposed through a thoracotomy. Then, to suture electrodes. The inducibility of atrial fibrillation were measured with and without ibutilide（the 10-minute infusions dose was 0.10mg/kg, 30 minutes later, the maintaining dose was 0.01mg/min.）. Results Ibutilide had significant reducing effect for inducibility of atrial fibrillation（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Ibutilide is considered as a drug to prevent or control atrial fibrillation.
