摘 要:应用gleeble—1500D热模拟试验机对微合金重轨钢进行单道次压缩实验测定其不同终轧温度下的真应力-真应变曲线,采用应变速率0.1S^-1、变形量60%、终轧温度范围900℃-1100℃,用扫描电镜观察变形后空冷的显微组织,研究不同终轧温度和微合金元素对再结晶及显微组织的影响。结果表明,Nb和RE能显著地抑制形变奥氏体的动态再结晶。因此,在终轧温度较高时仍能得到细小均匀的显微组织。Ture stress and strain curves of microalloyed heavy rails at different finishing temperatures are measured by one - pass compression tests on Gleeble- 1500D. Strain rate is 0.1S^-1, deformation is 60%, finishing rolling temperature is from 900℃ to 1100℃. The air cooled mierostrucetures after deformation are observed by SEM. The effects of finishing temperatures and mieroalloyed elements on dynamic reerystallization are studied. The studied results indicate that dynamic recrystallization of deforming austenite being rolled can be prohibited signifieandy by adding vanadium,niobium and RE. Therefore, trival and uniform mierostruetures can be obtained though finishing temperature is higher.
