厚朴敷足三里配合维生素B1穴位注射对剖宫产术后肛门排气的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨厚朴敷足三里配合维生素B1穴位注射对剖宫产术后肛门排气的作用。方法100名行剖宫产的产妇随机分为两组：试验组（n=50）用维生素B1封闭双侧足三里，4h后用厚朴敷双侧足三里2h；对照组（n=50）用维生素B1封闭双侧足三里，观察两组产妇的肛门排气时间。结果两组产妇术后首次肛门排气时间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论在维生素B1足三里封闭的基础上，行厚朴敷足三里可缩短剖宫产术后的胃肠道恢复的时间，加速术后康复，利于母乳喂养。Objective To investigate the function of Houpu applying Zusanli cooperate with vitamin B1 point injection for anus ventilate of women after caesarean operation. Method 100 women after caesarean operation were divided into two groups randomly. Test group（ n = 50 ）was given vitamin B1 injection in Zusanli. 4 hours later the Houpu was applied on Zusanli for 2 hours ; Control group（ n = 50 ） was only given vitamin B1 injection in Zusanli. Observing the time of anus ventilation. Result The time of anus ventilation between two groups is remarkable different （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion At the base of vitamin B1 injection in Zusanli, using the Houpu apply on Zusanli can reduce the time of anus ventilation, and then promote convalescence, be good for breast -feeding.
