重组干扰素α-1b残余液对化疗引起的口腔黏膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组干扰素α-1b残余液对化疗引起的口腔黏膜的疗效。方法将96例病人随机分成2组，其中对照组40例，给予锡类散粉末局部治疗；治疗组56例，给予重组干扰素α-1b残余液局部涂抹，每天6—8次，7d为一疗程，疗程结束后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率89．29％（50／56），优于对照组55．00％（22／40），P〈0．05，两组间有统计学差异。结论重组干扰素α-1b残余液局部涂抹治疗化疗引起的口腔黏膜炎的方法简单且经济，疗效优于传统方法，可作为化疗引起的口腔粘膜炎的有效手段。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of interferon for dental ulcer caused by chemotherapy between the treatment group and the control. Method The treatment group was treated with remnant interferon ,and control group treated with traditional method. Results The effective rates were 89.29% （50/56） and 55.00% （ 22/40 ） in the group of interferon and control （ P 〈 0.05 ） , respectively. There was a statistically significant association between the two groups. Conclusion The therapy using interferon for dental ulcer is simple , economic, and more effective than traditional method.
