摘　　要：分析了国内轨道工程主体多元化及运作市场化的融资模式发展方向,在考虑城市轨道交通自身特点的基础上,建立我国城市轨道交通融资效率综合评价指标体系,以某市轨道交通二号线为背景,根据建立的融资效率评价指标体系对政府单一投资、BOT模式、PPP模式三种融资方案效率进行评价,对轨道交通工程中融资效率高的PPP模式进行了方案设计。Authors analyzed the way of the multiplication and market operation of financing pattem in China. Based on the characteristics of urban transportation system, they established a synthetical evaluation financing efficiency index system on urban rail transportation. Three sets of financing scheme such as single investment of govemment, BOT, PPP are designed and evaluated by the previously synthetical evaluative index system. The best pattem PPP scheme is designed.
