摘　　要：在实行整体护理模式病房的试点过程中，经调查和研究，发现以下几个问题：照搬形式而忽略对整体护理内涵的理解和拓展，其中主要因素有思想观念阶段性停滞，照搬形式工作内容无新意，整体护理与基础护理和生活护理的混淆，实施护理程序不理想；强调减少非护理时数切勿忽略解决实际问题；护理记录表格化切勿忽略专科护理；强调质量控制切勿忽略因误导而产生的负面作用。因此，在实行整体护理中一定结合实际。In making experiments on the holistic nursing ward it is found through investigation and research that many problems have arisen. There is a negligence on the understanding and exploitation of what is beneath the surface of holistic nursing because a conception lag does exist with stereotyped thinking. The holistic nursing is being confused with basic and life nursing. By emphasizing the reduction of nursing hours, it does not mean many services can be cut short and many problems can be left unsolved. The tabulation of the nursing record does not mean overlooking the special nursing. The stress on quality control does not mean to miss the negative effect due to misguidance. Therefore, in carrying out holistic nursing, practical conditions should in no time be lost sight of.
