摘　　要：目的探讨采用股骨髁上钉内固定治疗股骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法采用股骨闭合或开放复位,股骨髁上钉内固定治疗股骨髁上骨折38例,其中横断骨折14例、斜行及螺旋形骨折19例、粉碎性骨折5例。结果术后X线摄片示骨折对位对线良好;随访3～6个月,X线摄片示骨折愈合,膝关节功能恢复良好。结论股骨髁上钉治疗股骨髁上骨折有手术操作简单、手术创伤小、固定牢靠、关节功能恢复好等优点,值得推广应用。Objective To observe curative effects of condylar fracture of the femur with supracondylar interlocking intramadullary nail. Methods A series of 38 patients with fracture in femur condyle were treated by closed reduction or opened reduction and supracondylar interlocking intramadullary nail fixation, including 14 cases of transverse fracture, 19 cases of oblique and spiral fracture, and .5 cases of comminuted fracture. Results Reduction effect was excellent in X- ray films. All the patients were followed- up 3～6 months after operation. The radiography indicated the fracture had healed, and the function of the knee joint recovered well. Conclusions The technique of supracondylar interlocking intramadullary nail is a simple and micro- trauma operation, with firm and accurate fixation and excellent recovery of knee joint function. It is worthy of further promotion.
