张家界市娱乐场所女性从业人员性病感染状况调查报告

摘　　要：择要:目的了解张家界市娱乐休闲场所女性从业人员STD/AIDS感染现状,为进一步做好性传播疾病的预防控制提供科学依据。方法按50%比例采用整群抽样方法,随机抽取59家中高档娱乐场所,将娱乐场所的625名女性性高危人群和275名女性一般人群作为研究对象,进行国家法定监测的8种性病检查。将STD检测结果输入SPSS13.0软件并建立统一的数据文件,进行8种性病患病率比较。结果性高危人群和一般人群在年龄、婚姻和工龄等三个最基本要素的对比研究中存在较好的可比性。娱乐场所女性从业人员8种性病总检出率为67.33%,其中性高危人群性病检出率为80.48%,一般人群性病检出率为37.45%;性高危人群性病总检出率显著高于一般人群。娱乐场所从业人员不同性病的总检出率高低顺序依次为:非淋病性尿道炎(63.33%)、淋病(9.22%)、梅毒(3.67%)、尖锐湿疣(2.44%)、生殖器疱疹(1.89%)、软下疳(0.33%)、HIV感染(0.22%)、性病性淋巴肉芽肿(0.00%);性高危人群在非淋病性尿道炎、淋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣、生殖器疱疹等五种性病的检出率显著高于一般人群;性高危人群的性病混合感染率显著高于一般人群。结论娱乐场所从业人员的性病感染状况比较严重。积极有效的对娱乐场所从业人员开展针对性的STD/AIDS知识的健康教育和行为干预,是有效遏制STD/AIDS在该人群传播流行的根本措施。Objective To study the state of STD/AIDS infection in female attendants in the entertainment establishments of Zhangjiajie City, and to provide scientific basis for better intervention and prevention of STDs, Methods The cluster sampling method was adopted in 275 female non- sexual workers and 625 female sex workers from 59 middle and higher public places of entertainment for collecting 8 kinds of STDs samples, The detection data were analyzed by the statistical software of SPSS 13.0, and the incidences of 8 kinds of STDs were performed multi- factors analysis, Results Sex workers and non - sexual workers had a better comparability at the level of three basic elements including age, marriage status, and working years, The total detection rate of 8 kinds of STDs was 67.33% in all female workers, 80, 48% in sex workers, and 37,45 % in non- sexual workers, It was significantly higher in sex workers, The sequence of total detection rates of STDs from high to low were： 63.33% in nongonococcal urethritis （NGU）, 9,22% in gonorrhea （NG）, 3,67% in syphilis, 2.44% in condyloma acuminata （CA）, 1,89% in genifal herpes （GH）, 0,33% in chancroid, 0,22% in AIDS, and 0,00% in lymphogranuloma venereum （LGV）.The positive rates of NGU, NG, syphilis, CA, and GH among the sex workers were significantly higher than those of the non - sexual workers, The mixed infection rate of STDs among sex workers was higher too, Conelusions The results suggest that the infection status of STDs is serious in the entertainment establishments of Zhangjiajie, The health education on the knowledge of STD/AIDS and behavior intervention among the employees who work in the public places of entertainment are basic measures to effectively control the spread of STD/AIDS.
