补肺片对肺心病缓解期患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肺片对肺心病缓解期患者免疫功能的影响。方法将60例肺心病缓解期患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例，服用补肺片治疗，3次／d，3—5片／次，每年连服4—6个月，连用6年。对照组30例，在缓解期未采取任何治疗措施。两组每年用药前后抽取静脉血测定CD3，CD4，CD4／CD8和IgA，IgG，IGM作比较。结果治疗组治疗后CD3与治疗前比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），CD4，CD4／CD8与治疗前比较也存在显著性差异（P〈0．05），IgA，IgG，IGM与治疗前相比差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论补肺片是一种理想的免疫调节剂，对肺心病缓解期患者有提高其免疫功能作用。Objective To observe the effect of BFP on the immune system of patients with pulmonary heart disease in the remission stage, Methods We divided 60 patients with pulmonary diseases in the remission stage into 2 groups randomly. The treated group, with 30 patients, was treated with BFP three times with 3 - 4 pills a day which lasted for six years, and every patient had this pill for 4 - 6 months every year. Meanwhile, the contrast group was not given any special medical treatment in the remission stage. Every year, before and after taking the pills, patients of both groups were drawn blood from the vein to identify CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 compared with IgA, IgG, IgM. Results For the treated group, comparing with the state before being treated, CD3 had a remarkable change after being treated （P 〈 0.01 ） ; CD3, CD4/CD8 also had a remarkable change （P 〈 0.05 ） , so did IgA, IgG, IgM （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion BFP is an ideal immune adjuster and can improve the function of the immune system of patients with pulmonary heart disease in the remission stage.
