五鹤续断中总生物碱提取分离工艺的初探

摘　　要：目的研究五鹤续断中总生物碱的提取分离工艺。方法采用单因素实验和正交实验，研究索氏提取续断总生物碱的工艺条件，并用紫外分光法测定总生物碱的含量。结果得出五鹤续断总生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件。结论当料液比为1：20，提取时间为10h，酸度值为3～3．5时，五鹤续断总生物碱提取率最高。Objective This article studied the separation procedure on extraction of total alkaloids. Methods Through orthogonal experiment, the effect of the ration of solid - liquid, PH and time on extraction of total alkaloids were obtained, the contents of total alkaloids were determined by Arthrone coloimetry. Results Procedure Optimization of the extraction of the total alkaloids in Wu - He Dipsaus asper was obtained. Conclusion The optimization separation procedures were as follows ; the ration between material and solvent is 1： 20, the time is 10h, the PH is 3 -3.5.
