枳术丸煎剂与枳术汤对模型动物胃肠运动影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨枳术丸与枳术汤对胃肠运动减弱模型动物的影响。方法实验组分剂量灌胃给药5 d后,吗啡皮下注射造模,同时给予半固体糊灌胃,20 min后处死剖腹,取胃肠测算胃内残留率与小肠推进率。结果枳术丸大、小剂量组及枳术汤大、小剂量组的胃内残留率与模型组没有差异;枳术丸与枳术汤大剂量组的小肠推进率高于模型组,有非常显著意义。结论枳术丸与枳术汤对吗啡造成的胃排空迟缓没有改善,但大剂量能够对抗吗啡造成的小肠推进迟缓。Objective To study the effects of Zhizhu Pill and Zhizhu Decoetion on gastrointestinal motility disturbance in Rats, Methods The rats were divided into six groups, and the experimental model of gastrointestinal motility disturbance was established by morphine after the rats orally administered Zhizhu Pill and Zhizhu Decoction for 5 d. Gastric emptying and intestinal progradating rates in pathologic model mice were tested with nutritious semisolid eataplasm, The influence of Zhizhu Pill and Zhizhu Decoction on intestinal smooth muscle in vitro was observed. Results Zhizhu Pill and Zhizhu Decoction had no effect on gastric emptying, but it could promote intestinal motility in high dosage, Conclusion Zhizhu Pill and Zhizhu Decoction has no effect on gastric emptying, but it has a promoting action on interstinal motility in high dosage.
