天参益智胶囊中四味药材的薄层色谱鉴别及淫羊藿苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的研究天参益智胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中淫羊藿、当归、石菖蒲、制何首乌4味药材进行定性鉴别；用高效液相色谱法对淫羊藿中的淫羊藿苷进行含量测定。结果该鉴别方法专属性强；淫羊藿苷在0．322～1．61μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．99998，平均回收率为100．7％，RSD为1．43％（n=9）。结论该方法准确，简便，重复性好，专属性强，可有效地控制制剂的质量。Objective To establish the quality standard for Tianshenyizhi Capsule. Methods Herba Epimedii, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, Radix Polygoni Muhiflori cure Succo Glycines Sotae in Tianshenyizhi Capsule were identified by TLC, and the content of icariin was determined by HPLC. Results The identification method was highly exclusive. Icariin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.322 - 1.6ling, and r =0. 999 98. The average recovery was 100.7% , RSD = 1.43% （n = 9）. Conclusion The method is accurate and simple with good reproducibility, and it can control the quality of this preparation effectively.
