摘 要:目的观察溪黄草配伍虎杖煎剂对大鼠肝损伤的协同保护作用及其机制。方法60只大鼠随机分为5组,即对照组(不用药)、模型组(CCl4损伤)、溪黄草组(CCl4损伤+溪黄草煎剂)、虎杖组(CCl4损伤+虎杖煎剂)、配伍组(CCl4损伤+溪黄草煎剂和虎杖煎剂);用药8周后,用比色分析法测定大鼠血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、丙氨酸转氨酶(AST)的活性;测定大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果溪黄草组和虎杖组血清ALT,AST的活性、肝组织MDA明显降低;而肝组织SOD,GSH-Px的活性明显增高(P<0.01);配伍组降低血清ALT,AST的活性,提高SOD,GSH-Px的活性,降低MDA含量的作用远较溪黄草组和虎杖组明显(P<0.01)。结论溪黄草水煎剂配伍虎杖水煎剂对CCl4所致大鼠急性肝损伤有协同保护作用,优于单味药物的保肝作用。Objective To research the protective effect and mechanism of Xihuangcao with Huzhang against chemical hepatic injury induced by perchlormethane in wistar rats. Methods The liver injury was induced by perchlormethane, then 60 wistar rats were divided into five groups - three of them treated by Xihuangcao, Huzhang and Xihuangcao with Huzhang espectively, and the other groups as control and control without treatment. After 8 weeks, the ALT, AST, SOD, GSH - Px activities and MDA level in serum were measured. Results In all groups treated with Xihuangcao or Huzhang especially , the ALT, AST activities and MDA level in serum were obviously decreased, the SOD, GSH- Px activities were obviously increased( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the effects in Xihuangcao with Huzhang were better than those in Xihuangcao or Huzhang. Conclusion Xihuangcao with Huzhang has a good protective effect against acute liver injury induced by perchlormethane , better than Xihuangcao or Huzhang, the mechanism may be related to inhibiting the lipid peroxidation.
