摘  要:目的研究天然牛黄对于自发高血压大鼠(SHR)脑细胞外液能量代谢及海马组织SOD活性、MDA含量的影响。方法采用微透析技术观察单次给予不同剂量的牛黄后,SHR脑细胞外液葡萄糖(GLU)、乳酸(Lac)、乳酸/葡萄糖(L/G)、乳酸/丙酮酸(L/P)的变化,并于药后8h取大鼠海马组织,测定SOD活性及MDA含量。结果牛黄能明显的增加SHR脑细胞外液GLU的含量,显著提高SHR海马组织中的SOD活性、降低MDA含量。结论牛黄可以明显改善SHR脑内能量代谢,保护脑组织,并具有抗脂质过氧化的作用。Objective To study the effect of natural ox gallstone on energy metabolism, activity of SOD and content of MDA in SHR brain. Methods The changes of glucose,lactic acid,L/G ,L/P in SHR brain ECF were observed by advanced microdialysis technology after single administration of natural ox gallstone and the activity of SOD and content of MDA were measured in hippocampus at the 8h hour after administration. Results The natural ox gallstone could increase the content of glucose significantly, improve the activity of SOD, reduce the content of MDA . Conclusion The natural ox gallstone can improve energy metabolism , inhibit lipid peroxidation obviously, play a role of protection on brain.
