摘　　要：目的确定芪黄胶囊中提取多糖的最佳工艺。方法采用正交设计法以加水量(A),提取时间(B)和提取次数(C)作为因素。结果C因素对多糖含量的影响具有显著意义,A和B因素的影响不大。结论最佳提取工艺A2B2C3,即提取3次,加10倍量水,煎煮1.5 h。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of polysaeeharides in QiHuang Capsule. Methods The orthogonal design was used and water totalling （ A ） , refluxing time （B） and extraction time（C） were defined as factors of the design. Results C factor had notable influence on the content of polysaeeharides. Conelusion Optimum extraction technology was defined as follows： A2B2C3.
