高效液相色谱法测定骨康口服液中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立骨康口服液中有效成分的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定骨康口服液中有效成分含量。结果补骨脂素和异补骨脂素两种成分均达到良好分离，在测定范围内线性良好，回收率均在99％～101％之间。结论所建立的定量方法简便可行、重复性好，可作为骨康口服液的质量监控。Objective To establish a method of HPLC for determining psoralen and isopsoralen in Gukang Oral Liquid. Methods The effective components in Gukang Oral Liquid were determined by HPLC. Results The resolution and the linearity were fine with the rate of recovery of psoralen 99.96% ,RSD = 1.16% ; the recovery rate of isopsoralen was 100.09% ,RSD = 0.60%. Conclusion The quantitative method for determining the ingredients of Gukang Oral Liquid is simple, feasible and repeatable, and can be used for quality control of Gukang Oral Liquid.
