摘　　要：对突发事件大批伤病员院内救治的组织实施，反映医院综合救治能力，是医院质量建设的重要内容。作者总结了１９９０年以来该院９次重大救治工作经验，认为应着重做好以下工作：①健全组织，完善预案；②统一协调，迅速分流；③采取措施，加强管理。The organization and operation of the hospital emergency treatment of disaster victims reflect the capacity to carry out general rescue. It is also what the quality construction of a hospital is trying to build up. The writers sum up the rescue experiences their hospital has gone through and suggest that the organization must be completed to do better medical record work for the victims, that the victims should be duly diverted as soon as possible under centralized coordination, and that steps should be taken to intensify controls all along.
