灵芝多糖的含量测定研究

摘　　要：以苯酚-硫酸法对灵芝多糖含量进行测定，并用正交试验设计选择最佳显色条件，该法灵敏度高，重现性好，平均回收率为99.1％，RSD＝1.23％（n＝5）。Colorimetric method for the determination of polysaccharides in Ganoderma lucidum was developed by the use of phenyl hydrate-sulfuric acid and optimized .by orthogonal experimentations. The method was rapid and accurate with good reproducibility. The average recovery was 99. 1%,and the relative standard deviation 1. 23%
