血液透析-灌流治疗高脂血症的临床作用

摘　　要：目的观察行单次血液透析-灌流（HP＋HD）治疗对高脂血症的影响。方法将30例高脂血症患者行单次血液透析-灌流，比较治疗前后血脂的变化。结果治疗后血总胆固醇（Tch）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-ch）、甘油三酯（TG）、载脂蛋白B（ApoB）均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05），而对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-ch）和ApoA的作用不明显（P〉0．05）。结论行单次血液透析-灌流治疗能降低高脂血症的血脂水平。Objective To observe the influence single time Hemodialysis-hemoperfusion on Hyperlipidemia. Method To compare the changes of blood lipids in 30 hyperlipidemia patients before and after the single time combined treat went of hemodialysis- hemoperfusion. Results The levels of serum fotal cholesterol （TCH）, low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol （ LDL-ch）, triglyceride （TG）, apolipoprotein B in serum decreased after the treatment of combined hemodialysis- hemoperfusion（P〈0. 05） ;The level of high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol （ HDL-ch）, apolipoprotein A had no significant changes after treament（P〉0. 05）. Conclusions Siugle time hemodialysis-hemoperfusionis is a effective method for treatment of Hyperlipidemia.
