治愈晚期丝虫病2例

摘　　要：目的为提高丝虫病的诊断和治疗水平。方法根据病例资料进行分析。结果病例确诊为丝虫病,经长期驱虫治疗治愈。结论不明原因的下肢水肿有可能为象皮肿,早中期象皮肿经长期驱虫治疗可治愈。Objective To improve the diagnosis and the treatment of filariasis. Method Clinical data of 2 cases of filariasis were analyzed. Result Two cases of diagnosed filariasis were confirmed. The patients were recovered after a long-term treatment. Conclusion Unknown causes of edema of lower trunk may be an early sign of elephantiasis. Early to middle stage of elephantiasis may be cured after a long-term treatment to remove the worms.
