摘 要:以乙酸钴为钴源,碳酸铵为沉淀剂,聚乙二醇(相对分子质量约为20 000)为表面活性剂,在水?正丁醇溶剂体系中,经水热处理制得片状碱式碳酸钴前驱体;采用不同的热分解方式对碱式碳酸钴前驱体进行处理制备四氧化三钴,并用热重、红外光谱、X射线衍射和透射电镜对碱式碳酸钴前驱体和四氧化三钴产物的结构和形貌进行表征。研究结果表明:对碱式碳酸钴前驱体采用不同的热分解方式得到的四氧化三钴形貌不同,将前驱体于450℃煅烧3 h得到直径约为40 nm,长约为100 nm的球链状四氧化三钴;而采用二段热处理方式即将前驱体于400℃煅烧1 h,再于800℃煅烧2 h时,得到类球状的四氧化三钴。The sheet-like Co2(OH)2CO3 precursor was prepared by hydrothermal method using cobalt acetate as cobalt source, salvolatile as precipitating agent, and polyethylene glycol with relative molecular mass of about 20000 as surfactant in water and n-butanol solvent system. The Co3O4 powders were obtained when the precursor was calcined by different thermal decomposition methods. The structure and morphology of Co2(OH)2CO3 precursor and Co3O4 product were characterized by thermogravimetry, infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the morphologies of Co3O4 are different due to the different thermal decomposition methods. The catenuliform-like Co3O4 with about 40 nm in diameter and 100 nm in length can be obtained when the precursor is calcined at 450℃ for 3 h, while the spheroidite-like Co3O4 can be obtained when the precursor is calcined at 400℃ for 1 h andat 800℃ for 2 h.
