河南省区域经济发展差异研究

摘　　要：区域经济差异是区域经济发展过程中的一种普遍现象，作为中部重要的经济强省，河南省在发展过程中也出现了区域经济发展差异问题。运用计量经济学工具，对1997～2006年的河南区域差异状况做了重点分析，认为河南省各地市经济的绝对差异呈扩大趋势，相对差异和变异系数呈波浪式发展，总体差异水平在不断扩大。利用SPSS11．5软件把河南各地区分为经济发达区、发展区和欠发达区三类，区域发展战略、资源条件、投资政策、区位优势等因素是导致河南省区域经济差异的主要原因。促进河南省区域经济协调发展，应重点解决好以下几个问题：（1）加大对欠发达地区的扶持力度。（2）促进区域产业协调发展。（3）推动地方政府间区域经济合作。（4）促进区域市场统一。Disparity of regional economy is a kind of general phenomenon in the evolution of regional economy, its existence and change produced very great influence on regional economic and social development. Henan, as the important strong province of economy in central China, through using the econometrics tool, having made key analysis to regional difference states of Henan from 1997 to 2006, the conclusion got is： Absolute difference increase constantly, relative difference increase in the form of wave, overall difference in expand constantly level, utilize SPSS11.5 software to divide Henan into three kinds districts ： developed district, development area and undeveloped district, explained it has factors such as regional development strategy, resource condition, investment policy, position advantage, etc. that the regional economy difference produces the reason at the same time, have proposed strengthening the support of low developed area correctly on this basis, regional industry＇s coordinated development, promoting the regional economic cooperation among the local governments and promoting the regional market to unify etc. and promote the＂ suggestion of regional economic development of Henan, offer the theoretical foundation while expecting to make the development policies of the regional economy for the policymaker.
