中部地区县域民营经济发展研究——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：县域经济是国民经济的基本单元,民营经济是县域经济的主导经济。自改革开放以来,我国民营经济经历了从无到有、从小到大、由弱到强的发展历程。目前,我国中部地区县域民营经济发展存在观念意识淡薄、融资渠道不畅、专业人才缺乏、管理制度落后等问题,应通过解放思想、更新观念、拓宽融资渠道、强化企业内部管理等方式,促进县域民营经济的持续、健康、稳定发展。Regional economy is the element of the economy in a country and the private economy is the primary part of the regional economy. The private economy has developed to be a economic part which has a large range of influence until the reformation and open. However, there are many problems about the regional private economy in the center part of our country at present, we have to carry out some measures to promote the development of the regional private economy.
