摘　　要：随着企业社会责任运动的发展,企业社会责任的理念逐步深入到各个行业。由花旗银行、荷兰银行等世界几家著名银行和国际金融公司在2003年推出的赤道准则就是金融机构承担社会责任的一个自愿性约束,其目的是通过对无法遵守社会制度和环境制度的融资者不给予贷款,从而消除融资项目对生态和社会的负面影响。我国金融机构要及早对加入赤道准则进行可行性分析,充分认识其利弊,通过加强融资项目对环境影响的考察,提高自身的责任感和使命感。With the development of Corporate Social Responsibility movement, the idea of CSR has been paid more and more attention to. Equator- Principles are firstly worked out by several distinguish banks such as Citibank, ABN AMRO and International Financial Corporation in 2003, which is served as the benchmark of the Corporate Social Responsibility of financial industry. This paper analyzes the content of the Equator Principles and the restrictions to the financial institutions and corporations and discusses how the financial institutions should take the social responsibility and how to apply the Equator Principles in China.
