摘　　要：刘仁轨是唐高宗武则天时期的一位能臣,政治地位十分重要。他之所以能得到武则天始终如一的信任,主要基于这样几个原因:他素有"刚正"之称,是个忠臣;他战功卓著、智勇双全,是个能臣;他支持武则天的专权统治。刘仁轨不仅能治军、善理民,为人处事也非常圆滑世故,是一位精于权术、才能卓著的政治家。LIU Ren-gui was a capable feudal official during WU Ze--tian Period of the Tang Dynasty. His political status was quite important,he won favor of WU mainly because of the following reasons：He was upright and loyal to the empress; he was distinguished himself in the battles; and most important of all, he supported WU Ze-tian＇s governance, and was good at leading the army governing the people; and he was a sophisticated politician who was proficient in political tricks.
