摘 要:为了研制对活塞速度变化具有自适应能力的缓冲装置,本文将整个气缸工作过程分为工作阶段、缓冲阶段及排气阶段,并分别建立了各个阶段的数学模型.通过对高速气缸工作阶段的仿真及试验研究,得出了缓冲开始时刻进、排气腔气动参数与活塞速度的关系,在此基础上设计了对活塞速度具有自适应能力的压力反馈式缓冲阀.通过对该缓冲方案的仿真研究,得出了影响缓冲腔系统输出能量的主要因素即缓冲阀开启压力与活塞速度具有良好的线性关系,而且进入缓冲时刻的缓冲腔压力与系统输入能量及缓冲阀开启压力与系统输出能量均具有良好的线性关系,从而验证了此阀当活塞速度在1.8-2.2m/s范围内变化时,可以自动调节缓冲腔系统的输出能量,使其至少平衡掉运动部件动能的90%.To develop a cushion automatically adaptable to piston velocity variation, the working process of the cylinder was divided into the working phase, the cushioning phase and the exhausting phase, and the mathematical models for each phase were built. The relation between piston velocity variation and the initial pressure of both cylinder chambers was found by simulations and experiments. Thus a cushion valve based on pressure feedback and automatically adaptable to piston velocity variation was designed. Simulations reveal, the linearity between the piston velocity and the initial pressure of the cushioning valve, which is the main factors affecting the absorbed energy of the cushion cylinder system. The relation between the initial pressure of the cushion chamber and the initial energy of the cushion chamber system, and that between the maximal pressure of the cushion chamber and the absorbed energy of the cushion chamber system are both linear. This cushioning valve can adjust the absorbed energy of the cushion chamber system automatically and exhaust at least 90% of kinetic energy when the piston velocity changes during 1.8 -2.2 m/s.
