摘 要:针对城市改造过程中存在结构物迁移的问题,提出了研究智能化、自动化大型结构物迁移工程装备控制技术.在研究迁移工程特点的基础上,即分散布置,集中操作,同步升降、平移,实时监控和智能化管理,从液压系统、电控系统和监控软件三方面详细论述了该装备控制技术.提出了一种以"IPC+PLC"为硬件控制平台,力、位混合控制的分布式控制系统(DCS),其和液压系统的有机结合使该研究成为可能.该迁移控制技术得到了工程实践检验.Aimed at the problem of structure moving in city reconstruction, study on intelligent and automatic control technology of the equipment for huge structure moving was put forward. Based on the research on the characteristics of moving engineering, which are spread around setting, centralized-operate, synchronous lifting and moving, real-time monitoring and intelligent management, the control technology was discussed from three sides, hydraulic system, electrical system and monitoring software. Distributed control system, which is press and position mixture control system and based on "IPC + PLC" hardware platform, was presented. The combination of DCS and hydraulic system makes the research feasible. The moving control technology was proofed in practice.
