摘  要:以3-巯基丙酸为稳定剂,合成了具有特殊光学性质的水溶性核壳型CdTe/CdS量子点。基于细胞色素C对该量子点的共振瑞利散射有显著的增强作用,建立了一种快速检测细胞色素C的方法。在pH 7.0的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中,量子点在385 nm波长处的共振瑞利散射的增强与细胞色素C浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为0.036-1.31 mg·L^-1,检出限为10.8μg·L^-1。方法已用于人体血清中细胞色素C含量的测定,并用标准加入法测得方法的回收率在90.4%-93.2%之间。Water soluble CdTe/CdS core-shell quantum dots, having special optical and spectral characteristics, were synthesized, using 3-mercaptopropionic acid as stabilizer. Based on the significant enhancement effect of cytochrome C on the resonance rayleigh scattering (RRS) of CdTe/CdS quantum dots, a new method for the determination of cytochrome C was proposed. Linear relationship between the enhanced RRS signals measured at 385 nm in a phosphate buffer of pH 7.0 and the concentration of cytochrome C was found in the range from 0. 036 to 1.31mg·L^-1 , with a detection limit of 10. 8 μg·L^-1. The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of 3 samples of human serum, and values of recovery determined by standard addition method were in the range from 90. 4%to 93.2%.
