摘　　要：石油钻机刹车盘销轴在工作过程中断裂。采用化学成分和宏、微观分析等方法对断裂件进行了分析,结果表明,热处理不当和材料原始组织中存在大量氧化夹杂物而造成材料强韧性不够,最终造成在使用中销轴发生断裂。Brake pin of oil drill had fractured in procession of work. To find out the reason to keep from the same accident, the fracture sample was analyzed by scanelectronic microscope （SEM）, spectral analysis and metallographic examination, the major reason was that much oxide inclusion which existed in original organization and unsuitable heat treatment weakened material＇s flexibility.
